Having a new release from young talents like ShakaMan YKTV & Steamzy_Da_Kid is why Friday remains our best day of the week. Out now for your listening pleasure is “Kedi Boots (pepepe).”
As much as Sgidongo is an emerging sound, the sub-genre is still very broad. In fact, the in-depth knowledge you think you have about this sound might just be the tip of the iceberg. Thankfully, the pioneers of the genre are closing the knowledge gap with more new music.
Today, we are happy to present to you “Kedi Boots (pepepe),” a song that expands our knowledge of the many flavours that exist within the Sgidongo realm, and in this case, the Boot melodies. A collaboration with Steamzy_Da_Kid, this song carries the needed buzz and steam for a melodious dance session.
ShakaMan YKTV is the next big face of Amapiano, and as he continues to fine-tune his sound, the broader music scene will begin to appreciate his talent and versatility. Until then, listen to his newest works below!
