The long awaited “Lekompo Balcony Mix 10” is finally out and this one had performance from Dhem Scott, Shandesh, Lepaka, Kaycherlow, Snowflake, Janesh, Tinny Rebee & West.
The Lekompo Balcony mix series is one of the most important shows for the emerging Lekompo genre and its vast array of talents. The event, which assembles the finest of the genre every month or two, also acts as a place where Lekompo lovers meet, greet, make friends, engage with people, find love and discover new music.
While the Lekompo concept isn’t the first to emerge in South Africa, it’s proven to be the most people-centric, and we are loving it. A couple of weekends ago, the 10th edition of the show was hosted, and this one had performances from some of the biggest names in the scene, like Dhem Scott, Shandesh, Lepaka, Kaycherlow, Snowflake, Janesh, Tinny Rebee & West.
Although a typical Lekompo Balcony session is held at private locations with limited guests and attendance, which, by the way, is strictly by invitation, this 10th episode had Groovers to the brim.
