Smaki 08 has killed the idea that you might have a boring weekend with his delivery of “October Mix Vol. 2.”
There is something special about the mixes crafted by young talents, most especially their production mixtapes. The flair, zeal, and fire they pour into their craft are not something you often see from established acts. I know many of you would say it’s because of desperation to become famous, and oh yeah, there is nothing wrong with being desperate for fame. In fact, it’s one of the things that push people to greatness. And we are glad young producers are using theirs in the right way.
For a rising figure like Smaki 08, whose influence is yet to stretch across the whole of the South African music scene, it becomes very normal for him to consistently give us his best sounds, and this is what he has just done with “October Mix Vol. 2.”
“October Mix Vol. 2” is a concoction of some of his explosive bangers and exclusives, and listening to this one, you would agree with us that this is one of the finest Amapiano compilations you would listen to this year.
