After many anticipation and promotion, Tracy has finally released her long awaited single, “Azalondwe.”
We knew Tracy would get the music mainstream in a chokehold with her forthcoming album release. There is no way you listen to a pre-release single like “Xesha” with Sly and not believe that the full-length project would be a banger. And rightly so, it is. Out today everywhere is “Azalondwe,” a collection of six well-produced tracks catchy enough to have radio sensation potential.
With no features from Thatohatsi, Tracy was able to express her thoughts and sounds in her own way, and the result is a collection of six tracks that take us on a deep dive into her craft and artistry. This album boasts support from the likes of Tycoon, Stixx, Bassie, Sykes, T-Man SA, Xduppy, and Mr Seven Keys.
“Azalondwe” is the album for the festivities. From vibrant instrumentation layered on top of soulful and sultry vocals to minimalist beats saturated with stunning choruses, this mini-project is sure to thrill just about anyone. And for the first time, we are seeing Tracy take listeners on a dynamic journey with her vocal prowess and writing skills.
