uMbongwa might be an emerging force in the Maskandi scene, but he is one talent that has given us truly impressive songs that capture the raw traditional essence of our Zulu rhythm flavours, and his mastery of guitar elements with hard vocals positions him well as an emerging talent in the music genre.
Making his musical catalogue, he is here with this extended playlist, and this one is a collection of three tracks, released via “Abathakathi,” “Wenza Mawala” featuring Sne Ntuli, and “Wenzani Ekufeni,” a tribute song to Sandile Mbongwa, and this one also features Sne Ntuli.
“Wenza Mawala” is out everywhere, and being his first work of art, he ensured he gave it his best, and the result is a project that is poised to give him a boost on the scene. Take a bite below!
