Shebeshxt’s bail was denied again yesterday at Polokwane Magistrates Court, this makes it the third time his bail appeal has been rejected by the court.
According to the court’s conclusion, Shebeshxt is expected to remain in police custody until the next hearing on January 19, 2026. The case brought against him became more complex after it was discovered that the Lekompo star had allegedly forged a victim’s withdrawal documents.
Since forgery is a crime on its own, investigators may now be required to review his previously withdrawn cases. Combined with nine existing charges, including attempted murder and possession of an illegal firearm, the case against Shebeshxt has become even more serious. From all indications, he is unlikely to regain his freedom in the near future.
With the ball denied, Shebeshxt’s tight December gig that was worth millions of rands will now be lost.
