MDU aka TRP is introducing us to the raw talents of ASANTE III via this new song, “Angeke” which featured Steamzy Da Kid, Zee_nhle & Sinhle Madi.
It is a culture in Mzansi to introduce young talent to the wider Piano audience with an expensive single. By an expensive single, we mean a single with collaborations that include super talents and veterans in its roster. For ASANTE III, he’s been introduced into the mainstream by Mdu Aka TRP via this single, “Angeke.”
Although not his first release, “Angeke” is ASANTE III’s first major release that will break his name into the mainstream, and we have Mdu Aka TRP to be thankful to. Also to be acknowledged are Steamzy Da Kid, Zee_nhle & Sinhle Madi, and sincerely, their contributions make for a perfect first appearance for ASANTE III.
“Angeke” is out everywhere, and this one opens with soft synths and percussion that carry you to the end. Then, a few seconds in, sultry vocals usher in a feeling that makes you feel like you truly just took a little musical adventure.
