I won’t lie, I have not been able to get my head over Caiiro’s “Ndisize” single with Ami Faku and I believe I’m not the only one who has become addicted to this drop.
Good music is good music regardless of whatever genre it originates from. While we all can agree to an extent that House music has not been able to challenge the dominance of Amapiano in the SA music scene, there still exist lots of producers who have taken it upon themselves to give us tunes we won’t be able to resist and Caiiro is one of those special figures.
A couple of weeks back, he blessed us with a truly emotive and melodic song via “Ndisize.” Featuring the sweet vocals of Ami Faku, This track, is a heartfelt plea for guidance and strength, reminding us of those special people we have lost and urging us to find strength even in our grieving moments.
Rooted in deeply spiritual themes, Ndisize blends Afro-house rhythms with poignant vocals, creating an emotional and uplifting experience. The song is taken off Caiiro’s 19-track album named after himself. Being the lead record of the album, the track has amassed near 3 million cumulative streams in just less than three weeks of it’s release, and it’s currently one of the biggest House record released this festivities.
The official video was released a couple of days ago and it has already amassed over one million streams. The video which brings the unique story of the audio to life, captures the beauty of resilience, hope, and connection. Every scene is a visual representation of the song’s essence — a call for unity, healing, and spiritual grounding.
