Emerging Amapiano duo, TXC recently delivered their long awaited EP, Turn Off The Lights and we would love to know what you think about the project.
Hailing from Ggeberha, TXC are an iconic duo that have captured the SA music scene with their electrifying DJ sets and revolutionary song-breaking dance method that has made many fall in love with everything Amapiano. As a foremost duo, they have taken to Amapiano trend to London via the Boiler Room and has also headlined lots of international festival.
Their Turn Off The Lights single which was released a couple of months ago had the dancefloor on chokehold and they followed up the trends with their release of an EP. Featuring 6 tracks, this project had some notable bangers, including ‘Thula Nana’ with Tony Duardo, LeeMckrazy & Optimist ZA and ‘Yebo’ featuring Davido, Tony Duardo & LeeMckrazy & DJ Biza.
These two remarkable tracks not only made the EP worth listening, but for the first time, we had to experience the duo in all of their glory, as they explore all elements that borders the Amapiano sound with a small touch of AfroBeat.
