From every facts available, the main money making source for many artists has been event bookings and brand endorsement. Bragging about her tight engagement schedule and giving fans an idea of how much she has earned this month of December alone, Mawhoo has come out to say she had over 50 bookings for the festivities.
From a rough estimation, it means Mawhoo made millions of Rands this month of December alone, far more than she could have earned from all digital stores.
‘Got more than 50 gigs this dec & im still getting more bookings. I’m not complaining im just grateful,’ – Mawhoo posted on his Facebook page.
A-list artists like Mawhoo charges upto R50k per gig while veterans like Kabza De Small, DJ Maphorisa and Black Coffee charges above R100k.
