For a long time, we have wondered when an album would be made that solely covers all the subgenres that have been emerging from Amapiano. Thankfully, DJ Maphorisa and Xduppy have created something similar, and I’m so proud that it turned out just as I had anticipated.
As you already know, Xduppy is no stranger to grabbing the attention of some industry heavyweights, having worked with stars like Daliwonga & Myztro. Continuing to solidify his hold in the scene, he has just teamed up with DJ Maphorisa for this solid album and guys, this one is a 10.
‘Rough Dance‘ is made 14 records and these tracks are more on the dance side of Amapiano than the others. The balance of soulful flairs and Sgija soundscapes within this album uniquely demonstrates DJ Maphorisa & Xduppy’s knack for providing an unforgettable experience through their productions.
