Tman Xpress takes us on a journey through sound, emotion and personal introspection via his newest album, “Ikigai The Last Samurai.”
From creating memorable releases in multiple sides of the Amapiano music realm and even extending his range to the House scene, shopping hardcore beats with his stunning vocals, TMan Xpress is clearly not leaving any stone unturned. Today, he’s back with a new collection of bangers that put to bare his soundscapes.
“Ikigai The Last Samurai” is made up of 14 tracks and as one of the most anticipated album releases of the year in Amapiano music, the hype was worth it. The album boast of collaboration from ShaunMusiQ & Ftears, Leemckrazy, Mellow & Sleazy, Scotts Maphuma, ATK MusiQ and many more. One of the standouts in the collection is “Umntwana Kaboban Lo,” which sees TMan Xpress team up with ShaunMusiQ & Ftears.
Tman Xpress really covered the Length and breadth of Amapiano on this one and one thing of note about this project is the way he tried to introduce Sgidongo to the larger Amapiano audience in releases such as “Ngizwe Feel” and “Impi Eza Ngobuso,” all of which featured Lowbass Djy.
With the way this EP is structured, It’s apparent Tman Xpress took the necessary time to put together an EP that pushes the boundaries of the Amapiano genre. Take a dose below!
